Data Privacy

This data privacy notice is issued to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations which come into force on 25th May 2018.  The SSMNF maintains a list of members, their names, addresses and, if provided, email addresses.  This information is used to maintain an email and address list for disseminating information. The complete membership list can only be viewed by the Secretary and other Officers of the SSMNF.  The list of members is never shared with any other organisation.  The ‘lawful basis’ for this data processing is the ‘legitimate interests’ of the SSMNF and is based on their consent to our holding this information.
